An Incredible Workshop with American Express and F1 Academy
I had such an amazing opportunity to collaborate with American Express as part of their Shop Small initiative, which celebrates and supports small businesses.
Working with the Amex team was truly inspiring. I loved working with a company that is genuinely passionate about giving small brands a platform to shine. Their dedication to promoting unique businesses like mine made this experience even more special.
As part of this project, F1 Academy driver Nicole Havdra joined me in the studio for a hands-on workshop. Nicole is not only an incredible athlete but also such a warm and inspiring person.
She brought so much energy and enthusiasm to the day. Together, we crafted coffee-scented candles and attached a custom label, making the experience both fun and creative. It was amazing to see how engaged Nicole was in every step of the process, from choosing the scents to finalizing the candle.
This workshop was part of a larger project where I produced 2,500 candles for American Express, which were featured at Zandvoort during the F1 race. Being part of such a high-profile event and seeing my candles presented in that setting was surreal, and it’s something I’ll never forget.
I’m so grateful to American Express for this incredible opportunity and for supporting small businesses like mine, and it was a true joy to collaborate with Nicole, whose talent and personality made the experience even more unforgettable.
